This feat means that your character falls easily into and out of sleep. Character with this feat DO NOT take the normal -10 penalty to Listen rolls while sleeping. In addition, such characters only require 5 hours of sleep per night to avoid being fatigued the following day.

Well... I might end up picking it up if we end up getting more feats (Due to the different feat learning method) but for one of my main feats... I have a good number that take priority on it.

Yes, I agree. 3.5 does not really give out enough feats. I know its because more feats lead to power creep, but I like the variety of characters that feats allow for. Two fighter, identical in every way, with different feat selections are two completely different builds. Thats one of the reason I was considering tinkering with my own system that steals all the good bits from Basic, v3.5, Pathfinder, and yes, even 4th Edition and DnD Next. I have been tinkering with that system since I started looking into DnD Next Playtests. In the system I've been playing with, characters get a new feat every single level, although those feats are only about half as powerful as they are in 3.5. It also currently uses a condition track for combat damage, similar to Star Wars Saga Edition.

I understand the limiting of feats, because lets face it some of the other books have some REALLY powerful feats. But if you're not taking those a lot of feats are... well weak. A good number are just pre-req feats. Like take spring attack for instance, it's a cool sounding thing but to even get it you pretty much have to devote most of your feats to it. So you really can't take a lot of side feats and things like Skill Focus's are seen more as a waste because hell, that's wasting one of your very valuable feats.
But I can see the downside of someone getting a Dragon/Fey/Luck feat every level. Those are pretty damn powerful. Or hell metamagic feats.
