Moira settled herself against a wall and took a seat with her mace across her knees. Idly, she picked at the stains on her coat. A rest hadn't been a bad idea and from the dust and lack of tracks, it seemed the other denizens of the crypt kept their distance. She wondered how long these creatures had lain here before awakening.
She turned her attention to the three that had been camping in the mausoleum. "So, how did the three of ye come to be here?" Moira asked.

Gustav takes a break from glaring into the darkness of one of the various tunnels to look back at Moira, confused expression on his face. "That... is certainly a question. I suppose I can give you the short end of the story. I and my master were sent up to this area to help the people. We were separated, for reasons, and before I could find him, a group of people came to me, asking for help. As a Knight, even one in training, I would shame my family to turn them down in their time of need. So here I am, trying to stop an undead menace before it grows too much and devours more towns." The knight returns his gaze to the corridors, either waiting for another question or for something to happen.

"This group that came to ye," Moira asked, "were they from Eliador?" Moira was trying to put the pieces together of what had happened in the small town. All she knew was that one day things were normal and the next the dead of the Kael walked the night.
