Having a solid place to organize gameplay notices is important... so that's right here. I guess give everyone a kind of breakdown on available play time and keep updates of changes and or issues that might arise for the week. If you're pretty sure something's going to cause an issue go ahead and put a post up here and we can see about working something out, the earlier we are all informed about issues the more we can do about solving them.
I am busy pretty much all Friday, every Friday. Most other days I'll be fine with, however I will admit that 12-6 PM on Tues and Thurs I should be busy. I assume those times won't be a big potential playing time but the notice is out there.
